In vegetarian diets, where people have often chosen a meat free regime because they don\’t believe in killing for food, they often end up killing their food anyway – by cooking it!! Here is a strong calling to think clearly about not doing that – for your own sake. A successful 100% raw food diet will give sweet fruit a minor role – watch out for sugar cravings if you include too much sweet fruit in your daily intake – instead, use nuts, seeds and grains as an excellent healthy source of calories.
