For all Office 365 subscriptions and since Office 2013 you need an account associated with Office to manage your subscription and to install or reinstall Office: Renew Microsoft Office 365
1. Sign in to manage Office
2. Go to www.office.com and if you’re not already signed in, sign in with your personal Microsoft accounts and billing support, or work or school account when prompted.
3. Tip: If you can’t remember which email address you associated with Office, see I can’t remember the Microsoft account I use with Office.
4. From the upper-right corner select your account name, and then select View account from the list of options.
